Nick’s work has evolved from a personal practice rooted in tai chi, meditation and open-ended inquiry into the mystery of human experience – and a professional interest in how organisational systems can most optimally respond to the ecological challenges of our time e.g. via innovative ways of organizing and working, and new forms of ‘corporate responsibility’.
Nick is an entertaining speaker who has delivered pioneering learning experiences in business schools in both Europe and the US. He is currently working regularly at Insead, developing executives and leadership teams via experiential explorations of the psychodynamics of authority and followership.
